The application of nursing care is in accordance with the nursing model based on Dorothea Orem's theory with non-hemorrhagic stroke cases in the inpatient room. The aim of this research is to provide nursing care to Mr. M with non-hemorrhagic stroke based on Dorothea Orem's theory. This research method is a case study with a nursing care approach based on Dorothea Orem's theory. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observations, physical examinations and documentation studies. The instrument used is an assessment format based on Dorothea Orem's nursing theory. The results of the assessment showed decreased consciousness and cold acral BP 181/108 mmHg, N: 86x/minute, SpO2 96% with 3 Lpm, R: 26x/minute. There are two nursing problems, namely the risk of cerebral tissue perfusion and ineffective breathing patterns. The interventions carried out are based on SLKI (Indonesian Output Nursing Standart) and SIKI (Indonesian Intervention Nursing Standart). After providing nursing care for three days, it was concluded that two nursing problems had been partially resolved. It is hoped that nurses will be able to provide and improve the quality of service in providing nursing care based on Dororthea Orem's approach.
