Author Guidelines

Submission Guidelines

Authors are encouraged to submit their work to this journal. Each submission will be reviewed by an editor to ensure it aligns with the journal's aims and scope. Suitable submissions will undergo peer review to decide on acceptance or rejection.

Before Submission:

  • Permissions: Authors must secure permission to publish any included materials, such as photos, documents, and datasets.
  • Authorship Consent: All listed authors must agree to be identified as such.
  • Ethics Approval: If applicable, research should be approved by a relevant ethics committee, following the legal requirements of the study's country.

Quality Standards:

  • Submissions not meeting basic quality standards may be rejected by the editor.
  • Ensure your study design and research argument are well-structured and clearly presented.
  • The title should be concise, and the abstract should be self-explanatory to improve the chances of securing reviewers.

Preparation Checklist:

  • Confirm your submission has not been published elsewhere and is not under consideration by another journal (unless explained in Comments to the Editor).
  • Submit your file in Microsoft Word format. Please follow the Template of the manuscript here
  • Include URLs (DOI) for references, where available.
  • Ensure all illustrations, figures, and tables are embedded within the text at appropriate points.
  • Follow the stylistic and bibliographic standards outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Submissions not adhering to these guidelines may be returned for revision.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
