Abstract

Free Health Screening are stipulated in the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number HK 01.07/Menkes/33/2025 concerning Technical Guidelines for Free Birthday Health Check-ups. This program was implemented simultaneously in all community health centers in Indonesia starting in February 2025. The targets of Free Health Screening activities are newborns (2 days old), toddlers, and pre-school children (1-6 years old), school-age and adolescents (7-17 years old), adults (18-59 years old), and the elderly (>60 years old). This program was initiated to improve the community's quality of life and the ability to detect problems early. The purpose of this community service activity is to expand information about Free Health Screening so that it can increase Free Health Screening coverage in Kudus Regency. The methods used are coordination with community health centers, mapping social media and target audiences, as well as compiling media and disseminating Free Health Screening information, targeting all residents of Kudus Regency. The results of the community service activities are the creation of digital poster media and Free Health Screening educational videos, which are then published through social media WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
