Author Guidelines

Submission Guidelines

Authors are encouraged to submit their work to this journal. Each submission will be reviewed by an editor to ensure it aligns with the journal's aims and scope. Suitable submissions will undergo peer review to decide on acceptance or rejection.

Before Submission:

  • Permissions: Authors must secure permission to publish any included materials, such as photos, documents, and datasets.
  • Authorship Consent: All listed authors must agree to be identified as such.
  • Ethics Approval: If applicable, research should be approved by a relevant ethics committee, following the legal requirements of the study's country.

Quality Standards:

  • Submissions not meeting basic quality standards may be rejected by the editor.
  • Ensure your study design and research argument are well-structured and clearly presented.
  • The title should be concise, and the abstract should be self-explanatory to improve the chances of securing reviewers.

Preparation Checklist:

  • Confirm your submission has not been published elsewhere and is not under consideration by another journal (unless explained in Comments to the Editor).
  • Submit your file in Microsoft Word format following the Journal Template
  • Include URLs (DOI) for references, where available.
  • Ensure all illustrations, figures, and tables are embedded within the text at appropriate points.
  • Follow the stylistic and bibliographic standards outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Submissions not adhering to these guidelines may be returned for revision.

Submission Preparation Checklist

You must read and certify that you have completed the following requirements before proceeding.

  • The manuscript has never been published before, and is not under consideration for publication in another journal (or already described in a Comment to the Editor).
  • Manuscript files in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document formats.
  • References that can be accessed online have their URLs written.
  • The manuscript is typed with text 1 space; font 12; using italics instead of underlined letters (except URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed in the text where they are expected, rather than grouped separately at the end of the manuscript.
  • The manuscript follows the enveloping style and bibliographic rules required in the Author's Guide.
